This package is developed with Visual Studio 2005.
If you get an error like

"Application cannot start" 

or similar, go to microsoft.com
and download Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package.
It's about 2.6 MB large and contains required DLLs.
In time I'll try to get a VC++ 2003 and build.


Decoder and Demuxer now can play SV7 and SV8 files.
There is also filetype detection added in the registry
so the File Source filter won't get confused and
could detect media type easily.

When opening SV7 files, the demuxer creates a seeking table
so the file loading process can take up to 1 second with 
common files (~ 5 minutes long).
